Provide us with some basic information about yourself, what sport(s) you coach, your location, a photo ID, upload your certifications (if applicable) and leave the rest to us!
Get Yes Coach Verified
Receive a verified badge, visible in search results and on your profile to build further trust and authority to your profile.
Alongside verifying your identity (mandatory for all coaches), get verified by supplying all of the following:
- An enhanced DBS certificate number and supporting evidence (a photo or copy of the certificate)
- A photo or copy of your coaching qualification(s)
- A photo or copy of a first aid certification (basic or above)
Wait for approval
As part of our commitment to quality and safety, we’ll review your account sign up request to ensure you meet our criteria.
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive an email either approving your account, declining your request, or asking for further information in order to approve your account.

We’re committed to the safeguarding of our members which is why we verify the identification of all coaches and review all applications thoroughly before approval.
No bots allowed! We ensure every coach on the platform is real by verifying their identification with Veriff before their account is approved. Veriff is our trusted identity verification partner. Simply take a selfie and scan your ID for verification that is sent through to us to approve as part of the sign up process.
Before approving a coaches account, we check that the information supplied is accurate and that any supporting documentation provided is valid. We review all coach account applications within 2 business days.
Become Yes Coach Verified and build further trust and authority with users. Supply us with Enhanced DBS, First Aid certifications and coaching qualifications and receive a “Verified” badge that is displayed in searches and on your profile.

Frequently asked questions
To sign up as a coach, simply fill out our coaches sign up form.
We’ll ask for basic information about you and your coaching credentials. For the safety of all our users, we also ask you to verify your identity with our Identity Verification providers, Veriff.
We will then review your sign up request and if approved, you’ll be able to select your subscription (or free trial if applicable at the time) and set up your profile to start advertising your services.
Coaches can choose from our Pro or Elite packages and pay either monthly or annually to advertise your coaching services. Our Pro package is £30 per month and our premium Elite package, which comes with additional benefits such as a featured coach profile appearing at the top of search results, is £40 per month. Spread the cost monthly or pay annually and get 2 months for free on both our Pro and Elite packages.
No we don’t. Yes Coach acts purely as an introductory service between a coach and someone seeking the services of a coach.
Booking requests and any subsequent sessions and payments are to be managed directly between you and the individual outside of the platform, so you can retain 100% of your booking fee every time.
When the expiry of your free trial is approaching, you’ll receive an email reminding you of this and an option to pay for a subscription to continue advertising on Yes Coach. If you choose not to continue after your free trial, your profile will become inactive and no longer visible to users.
Yes we do! For every successful coach you refer you will receive £5 off your next subscription! (known as a “reward”). The amount of referral rewards you can receive is unlimited and carries over into the following month until all rewards are spent.
The referral scheme is only open to coaches that have an account (whether or not it is an active, paused or cancelled subscription) and rewards will only be awarded once Yes Coach have approved the referred coach’s account and they have successfully paid and selected a subscription.
You will be able to view your rewards from inside your account dashboard if you are signed up as a coach.
To become Yes Coach Verified, all you need to do is provide evidence (photo or copy) of all of the following:
- An Enhanced DBS number and certificate
- A recognised coaching qualification(s)
- Basic first aid (or higher) certification(s)
You can provide this information when you sign up or at a later date via your account. Once this information has been submitted to us, we will review your credentials and assign you with a Yes Coach Verified Blue Tick if approved.
