We recommend using your full postcode or the first half of your postcode from where you primarily provide your sessions (i.e. EC1A 1AA or EC1A) and then selecting a radius from this location that you are willing to travel. If you provide coaching from your home, we recommend only using a partial postcode, unless you are happy for your full postcode to be displayed.

We do not recommend selecting a town or city (i.e. London) as your profile pin on map listings will be predetermined by our software and all others that select the same town or city as you will be grouped in the exact same location (stacked on top of each other) in map listings, making it much harder for you to stand out.

If your coaching services can only be conducted from a single location, e.g. swimming lessons at a specific leisure centre, add this location and select your radius as “This area only”

Users will be able to select the distance they are willing to travel to be coached.

We require all coaches to provide photo identification before approving your account.

If you have a valid DBS certificate, coaching qualifications and/or first aid certifications, please also upload these for verification to receive relevant badges on your profile to build further trust and confidence with users looking to receive coaching from you.

Alongside verifying your identity (mandatory for all coaches), get verified by supplying all of the following:

Valid ID that matches the name on the account
An enhanced DBS certificate number and supporting evidence (a photo or copy of the certificate)
A photo or copy of your coaching qualification(s)
A photo or copy of a first aid certification (basic or above)
