You can browse the Yes Coach website without an account. However, if you want to message a coach to request coaching, you’ll need to create an account.
Coaches are required to sign up to a coach account to advertise their services with Yes Coach.
To sign up as a coach, simply fill out our coaches sign up form.
We’ll ask for basic information about you and your coaching credentials. For the safety of all our users, we also ask you to verify your identity with our Identity Verification providers, Veriff.
We will then review your sign up request and if approved, you’ll be able to select your subscription (or free trial if applicable at the time) and set up your profile to start advertising your services.
Coaches can choose from our Pro or Elite packages and pay either monthly or annually to advertise your coaching services. Our Pro package is £30 per month and our premium Elite package, which comes with additional benefits such as a featured coach profile appearing at the top of search results, is £40 per month. Spread the cost monthly or pay annually and get 2 months for free on both our Pro and Elite packages.
No we don’t. Yes Coach acts purely as an introductory service between a coach and someone seeking the services of a coach.
Booking requests and any subsequent sessions and payments are to be managed directly between you and the individual outside of the platform, so you can retain 100% of your booking fee every time.
It’s simple and free to set up an account. Fill out our sign up form by providing basic information about you and the sports you’re interested in. You’ll then have instant access to view coaches full profiles and contact the coaches that meet your requirements!
If you’re having difficulty logging in, you should firstly check that the email address and the password you are using are correct.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset link that’ll be sent to the email address linked to your account.
If you are still having trouble logging in, please email contact@yes.coach from the email you registered your account with and a member of the team will look into the issue and get back to you asap.
If you need to reset your password for any reason, you can request a password reset link that’ll be sent through to the email your account is linked to.
If you need to report a coach for any inappropriate behaviour after you have engaged their services or due to the content on their profile, please email us at contact@yes.coach.
Our purpose in collecting these complaints is purely for us to obtain information regarding the coach in order to assess the suitability of a coach’s continued advertisement on our site, and to determine whether or not to suspend or terminate their account.
If you choose to delete your account, you can do this via your account dashboard. By deleting your account, your subscription will be cancelled and your profile will become inactive and no longer visible to users. Your data held on our website will also be deleted and you will need to sign up and create a new profile again if you wish to rejoin the platform.
