If you’re a coach, you can sign up for a small monthly or annual fee to create a profile and advertise your services. Check out our pricing plans to view our packages and any offers we may be running.
Any and every sport! We’re committed to making Yes Coach an inclusive platform that welcomes sports coaches from any discipline.
You can browse the Yes Coach website without an account. However, if you want to message a coach to request coaching, you’ll need to create an account.
Coaches are required to sign up to a coach account to advertise their services with Yes Coach.

If you’re having difficulty logging in, you should firstly check that the email address and the password you are using are correct.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset link that’ll be sent to the email address linked to your account.

Yes Coach provides a service which allows sports coaches to advertise their coaching services and for users to search and message coaches with the aim of receiving coaching services.
Yes Coach is 100% free to search and message coaches and coaches can advertise their services for a small monthly or yearly subscription.
Yes Coach acts purely as a source of introduction between a coach and an individual. Any booking requests and subsequent sessions or payments are to managed directly between the coach and the individual.
Yes Coach Verified means a coach has supplied us with supporting documentation that we have verified and holds an enhanced DBS certificate, recognised coaching qualification(s), and is basic first aid (or higher) trained.
Yes Coach Verified coaches can be distinguished by a blue verification tick found in search results, map listings and on their profiles.

Coaches FAQs
When we say we’re an advertising platform for “coaches”, this also refers to trainers, instructors, mentors, teachers and other professionals providing services within the sports and recreation sector with the aim of improving the performance or wellbeing of an individual.
This includes services such as physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mindset, wellbeing and mental health support within sport.
If you do not fall into any of these categories, or you’re a coach outside of the sports and recreation sector, Yes Coach isn’t for you and we encourage you not to sign up as your application will be rejected.
No, there may not always be a free trial available. You can check our pricing page to see our packages and any offers we may be running. We recommend taking advantage of a free trial offer when one is available as it may be the last chance you get for a while to receive free access to advertise on the platform!
Yes we do! For every successful coach you refer you will receive £5 off your next subscription! (known as a “reward”). The amount of referral rewards you can receive is unlimited and carries over into the following month until all rewards are spent.
The referral scheme is only open to coaches that have an account (whether or not it is an active, paused or cancelled subscription) and rewards will only be awarded once Yes Coach have approved the referred coach’s account and they have successfully paid and selected a subscription.
You will be able to view your rewards from inside your account dashboard if you are signed up as a coach.
We anticipate launching the Enterprise package early 2026. If you’re a business with multiple coaches looking to advertise your services, you can get in touch via our Enterprise enquiry form on our pricing page now to tell us about your business, register your interest, and be the first to know when the service is launched.
To sign up as a coach, simply fill out our coaches sign up form.
We’ll ask for basic information about you and your coaching credentials. For the safety of all our users, we also ask you to verify your identity with our Identity Verification providers, Veriff.
We will then review your sign up request and if approved, you’ll be able to select your subscription (or free trial if applicable at the time) and set up your profile to start advertising your services.
To become Yes Coach Verified, all you need to do is provide evidence (photo or copy) of all of the following:
- An Enhanced DBS number and certificate
- A recognised coaching qualification(s)
- Basic first aid (or higher) certification(s)
You can provide this information when you sign up or at a later date via your account. Once this information has been submitted to us, we will review your credentials and assign you with a Yes Coach Verified Blue Tick if approved.
No we don’t. Yes Coach acts purely as an introductory service between a coach and someone seeking the services of a coach.
Booking requests and any subsequent sessions and payments are to be managed directly between you and the individual outside of the platform, so you can retain 100% of your booking fee every time.
When you receive a coaching request, this will come to you directly via the email you provided. You will also be able to view your requests via your account dashboard.
Yes Coach only acts as an introductory service provider, so it is then up to you and the individual that has contacted you to manage the request and any subsequent bookings and payments outside of the platform.
When the expiry of your free trial is approaching, you’ll receive an email reminding you of this and an option to pay for a subscription to continue advertising on Yes Coach. If you choose not to continue after your free trial, your profile will become inactive and no longer visible to users.
You are not permitted to use a logo as your profile photo and politely ask that you use an appropriate photo of yourself so users know who they are requesting coaching from.
Our advise is to use a high-quality headshot for your profile photo, where possible. Alternatively, a photo of you coaching or participating in your sport can be used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Where you cancel your subscription before the end of the relevant monthly or yearly subscription term (whichever applies), you will continue to have access to advertise your services until the term expires, but you will not receive any refund for any unused portion of it.
If you choose to delete your account, you can do this via your account dashboard. By deleting your account, your subscription will be cancelled and your profile will become inactive and no longer visible to users. Your data held on our website will also be deleted and you will need to sign up and create a new profile again if you wish to rejoin the platform.
When you cancel your subscription, your profile will become inactive and no longer be visible on the platform to users. You will be able to start a new subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new package.
Absolutely! This can be done via your account dashboard.
When upgrading your subscription, your next subscription payment will be prorated according to the number of days remaining in the current subscription term, with the prorated amount due immediately. If you downgrade your subscription, there will be no prorating of your subscription fee, and therefore no refund or credit. You will simply pay the lower subscription fee in advance of your next renewal.
Where you choose to change your subscription term (i.e. from Monthly to Yearly or vice versa), the change will only take effect from the beginning of your next renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. If you decide to cancel your subscription part way through a billing cycle, your profile will remain active until the date in which your subscription was due to renew.
Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
We recommend pausing your subscription rather than deleting your account as you’ll need to go through the approval process and set up a new profile again if you wish to join again once your account is deleted. Pausing works well for times when you may be fully booked or when you are unable to coach for any reason (i.e. you’re away on holiday) and there is currently no limit on how long your subscription can be paused for.
Coaches can choose from our Pro or Elite packages and pay either monthly or annually to advertise your coaching services. Our Pro package is £30 per month and our premium Elite package, which comes with additional benefits such as a featured coach profile appearing at the top of search results, is £40 per month. Spread the cost monthly or pay annually and get 2 months for free on both our Pro and Elite packages.
Finding a coach FAQs
There are no fees at all from Yes Coach for individuals seeking the services of a coach.
Yes Coach provides an introductory service only, so all session bookings and subsequent fees are to be managed between the individual and the coach outside of the platform directly.
If you need to report a coach for any inappropriate behaviour after you have engaged their services or due to the content on their profile, please email us at contact@yes.coach.
Our purpose in collecting these complaints is purely for us to obtain information regarding the coach in order to assess the suitability of a coach’s continued advertisement on our site, and to determine whether or not to suspend or terminate their account.
You can message a coach to request coaching by clicking the “message to book” button in search results or on the coaches profile when signed in to your account.

It’s simple and free to set up an account. Fill out our sign up form by providing basic information about you and the sports you’re interested in. You’ll then have instant access to view coaches full profiles and contact the coaches that meet your requirements!
Coaches that have provided evidence of their DBS certificate that we have verified will have an icon on their profile labelled “Basic DBS”, “Standard DBS”, or “Enhanced DBS” depending on the level of certification they hold.
If a coach hasn’t provided supporting evidence and doesn’t display an icon on their profile, they may still hold a DBS certificate. We strongly recommend that you check this directly with the coach before booking or meeting with them.
If a coach is working with minors or vulnerable individuals, they are required by law to hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and it is the responsibility of the user to check this information.
Coaches that have provided evidence of a recognised first aid certification that we have verified will have an icon on their profile labelled “Basic First Aid”, “Basic + AED First Aid, or “Advanced First Aid (AED & Emergency)” depending on the level of certification they hold.

Other coaches that haven’t provided supporting evidence may still be first aid trained. We highly recommend that you check this directly with the coach before booking or meeting with them.
The coaches on the platform offer coaching to a range of different age groups from young children, adults and OAP’s. You can check coach profiles for information on who they provide coaching to or message them via the platform for more information directly from the coach.
Yes you can. All coaches have the option to display the types of coaching sessions they provide which can range from 1-1 coaching and group sessions in-person as well as online coaching sessions.
If a coach has provided evidence of a recognised coaching qualification that we have verified, their profile will display a “Qualified Coach” icon on their profile.
